By authorizing the charge to your credit card, you acknowledge and accept that <strong>no refunds will be issued under any circumstances<\/strong> in the event of cancellation regarding any reason. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 7 DAYS PRIOR to arrival date to avoid &nbsp;cancellation penalties. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show up, money will&nbsp;not be reimbursed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 If cancelled or changed within the 7-day policy, the money will not be refunded, and you&nbsp; will have a credit to make a new reservation within one year from the date of entry of&nbsp; your original day. It is important that you understand that the Hotel will recognize you&nbsp; with a credit for the amount you have paid. Therefore, the Hotel is not obliged to honor&nbsp; you with any offer you have originally purchased as the offers are for a limited time.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Once customer arrives to property, complete charges will be made if necessary. Money will not be&nbsp; reimbursed for last minute changes to the reservation the same day of arrival. If, for any&nbsp; reason, customer does not pay amount due at day of arrival, the reservation will be&nbsp; cancelled immediately.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 No reimbursement will be given once check-in is done regardless the reason: <strong>Examples:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">1. If guest decides to leave the place prior the check-out date;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">2. If guest does not like the room;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">3. any other reason.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 If for any reason of force majeure attributable to acts of nature, the guest has to cancel &nbsp;their stay, they will be offered the opportunity to book again within 1 year from the date &nbsp;of check-in of the original reservation. No refund will be made of any amount previously &nbsp;paid to the hotel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>General Policies:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Rates are based on single(1 guest) or double(2 guests) occupancy per night stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Rates do not include Government Taxes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Rates are subject to change without notice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 <strong>Check-in: <\/strong>Check in time is at 4:00 PM. We recommend calling to make arrangements for &nbsp;late arrivals. Fee may apply after 11:00 PM. Early check-in could be available at a $35 fee &nbsp;subject to availability. <strong>Required at Check-In: <\/strong>valid credit card and government-issued &nbsp;photo ID. Without original of valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Minimum &nbsp;check-in age is 21.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 <strong>Check-out: <\/strong>Check out time is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout could be available at a \u00a0$35 fee until 2:00 PM. There will be a full day&#8217;s charge for checkouts after 2:00 PM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Parador Villa Parguera fire code permits a maximum of 4 guests in most of their rooms, \u00a0depending on the room category. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Discounted rates cannot be combined or eligible with any other promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;HOTEL VILLA PARGUERA, INC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 NO REFUNDS for no shows, late arrivals or early departures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Non-Refundable rates are Non-Refundable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 A charge of $30 plus taxes per night will be applied for a third or fourth guest (13+) in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Hotel is not responsible for:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Accident or injury to guests.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Loss of money or valuable of any kind.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Any damage or theft to your car or any article left in your car.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 There will be a charge for lost or damaged room key, remote control, towel, or any other&nbsp; lost item from the room starting at $25.00, depending on the item or room damage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 The use of flammable material or candles, lanterns, ice boxes or stoves, among others, is&nbsp; not permitted. Cooking is not permitted in the rooms or its premises.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Damages to property are subject to a fee starting at $500.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Booking Extension Policy:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Non-Smoking Policy:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 Hotel rooms are Smoke Free and designated as NON-SMOKING. Guests found to be &nbsp;smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of $100.00 per night. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Pet Policy:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 No pets permitted except service dogs. There will be a charged for a cleaning fee of \u00a0$100.00 per night. (<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">Please refer to service dog\u2019s policy<\/mark>&#8211; <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\"><strong>Ley ADA<\/strong><\/mark>).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Guest Behavior Policy:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u2022 We follow good manners and hotel rules. In case of breaking these rules, you may be &nbsp;immediately removed from the premises. In such cases, you are still obliged to pay for &nbsp;the accommodation and additional services ordered.
