Reservation and cancellation policies:

• For reservations made 7 days prior the arrival date or more, A NON REFUNDABLE deposit  equal to the total amount of one night, is required to book a reservation. By authorizing  the charge to your credit card, you are accepting that there will be no refund to your  credit card in the event of cancelation regarding any reason. If the reservation is made 6  days prior the arrival date or less, payment of the total amount is required. 

• Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 7 DAYS PRIOR to arrival date to avoid  cancellation penalties. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show up, money will  not be reimbursed and 100% of total amount of the reservation will be charged to credit  card. 

• If cancelled or changed within the 7-day policy, the money will not be refunded, and you  will have a credit to make a new reservation within one year from the date of entry of  your original day. It is important that you understand that the Hotel will recognize you  with a credit for the amount you have paid. Therefore, the Hotel is not obliged to honor  you with any offer you have originally purchased as the offers are for a limited time.  

• Once customer arrives to property, complete charges will be made. Money will not be  reimbursed for last minute changes to the reservation the same day of arrival. If, for any  reason, customer does not pay amount due at day of arrival, the reservation will be  cancelled immediately. 

• No reimbursement will be given once check-in is done regardless the reason: Examples: 

1. If guest decides to leave the place prior the check-out date; 

2. If guest does not like the room; 

3. any other reason. 

• If for any reason of force majeure attributable to acts of nature, the guest has to cancel  their stay, they will be offered the opportunity to book again within 1 year from the date  of check-in of the original reservation. No refund will be made of any amount previously  paid to the hotel. 

General Policies: 

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy per night stay. 

• Rates do not include Government Taxes. 

• Rates are subject to change without notice. 

Check-in: Check in time is at 4:00 PM. We recommend calling to make arrangements for  late arrivals. Fee may apply after 11:00 PM. Early check-in could be available at a $35 fee  subject to availability. Required at Check-In: valid credit card and government-issued  photo ID. Without original of valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Minimum  check-in age is 21. 

Check-out: Check out time is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout could be available at a  $35 fee until 2:00 PM. There will be a full day’s charge for checkouts after 2:00 PM. • Parador Villa Parguera fire code permits a maximum of 4 guests in most of their rooms,  depending on the room category.  

• Discounted rates cannot be combined or eligible with any other promotion.

• NO REFUNDS for no shows, late arrivals or early departures. 

• Non-Refundable rates are Non-Refundable. 

• There will be a charge of $25.00 for additional person on room per night stay.

• Hotel is not responsible for: 

o Accident or injury to guests. 

o Loss of money or valuable of any kind. 

o Any damage or theft to your car or any article left in your car. 

• There will be a charge for lost or damaged room key, remote control, towel, or any other  lost item from the room starting at $25.00, depending on the item or room damage.

• The use of flammable material or candles, lanterns, ice boxes or stoves, among others, is  not permitted. Cooking is not permitted in the rooms or its premises.  

• Damages to property are subject to a fee starting at $500. 

Booking Extension Policy: 

• Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.

• Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked. 

Non-Smoking Policy: 

• Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel.  

• Hotel rooms are Smoke Free and designated as NON-SMOKING. Guests found to be  smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of $100.00 per night.  

Pet Policy: 

• No pets permitted except service dogs. There will be a charged for a cleaning fee of  $100.00 per night. (Please refer to service dog’s policy). 

Guest Behavior Policy: 

• We follow good manners and hotel rules. In case of breaking these rules, you may be  immediately removed from the premises. In such cases, you are still obliged to pay for  the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund  for payments already made. 

• For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on hotel premises and the  maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.
